Today we worked together to design and build a trap to catch the Easter Bunny. First, we listened to the story 'How to Catch the Easter Bunny'. We had to design what our trap would look like, thinking about how the trap would work as well as what we would do to make sure the Easter Bunny came near our trap. Today we decorated biscuits for Easter. We had to spread the icing on the biscuits. We decided what colours we wanted to use and had to make sure that we had enough to spread, but not too much that it fell off! After we had spread the icing on the biscuits we could sprinkle hundreds and thousands on top and add chocolate buttons. We were super proud of all our hard work! We chose which one to eat at kura, and which one we saved to share with someone in our whānau. Have a look at our amazing decorating...
